We understand that you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Embark Vet Gift.
Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Because orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@embarkvetgift.my or call +1 703-615-2665 during our service hours. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may instead request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to verify payment or shipping information. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled before shipment, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds back to your account.
